Clover's Pet Boarding is based in Coventry, West Midlands, CV3 area (full address given upon booking) and offers reliable boarding for rabbits and guinea pigs. We understand it can be worrying leaving your pets when you go away so we treat each guest like our own pets and provide owners with regular updates and photos. What we Provide:

Please Note: All rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and RHD 1 + 2 to protect them and other guests. Proof of vaccination is required in order to book. Please allow 3 weeks after vaccination for immunity to build up and keep up to date with annual booster shots.

Where are you based? 

​

- We are located in the CV3 area of Coventry, West Midlands. Our full address is given upon booking. 

​

What pets do you board? 

​

- We predominately board rabbits and guinea pigs but we may also be able to cater for other small pets such as hamsters if their own cage is provided. Please contact us to discuss this. 

​

Do you cater for elderly animals? 

​

- Yes, we are happy to administer medication for animals with long term health conditions. We have experience caring for senior animals so can provide additional support during their stay such as heat pods and comfy VetBed. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss any additional health requirements.

Do you offer inside or outside accommodation? 

​

- Our accommodation is primarily outside, but we do have an indoor guinea pig room which is heated and suitable for guinea pigs used to living indoors. We don't currently provide indoor rabbit boarding.

Are you insured? 

​

- Yes, we are insured with Pet Plan. 

​

Do you require proof of vaccination for rabbits? 

​

- Yes, all rabbit owners are required to provide vaccination evidence upon booking. All enclosures are also thoroughly disinfected with Virkon.

What do I need to bring? 

​

- Hay and greens are provided but please bring your pet's usual dry food to prevent upset tummies. Please provide enough to last the duration of their stay. Owners are also welcome to pack any home comforts for their pets such as toys and beds etc.

Do you provide updates/photos? 

​

- Yes, there is a section on the booking form to opt in/out of updates. Photos and updates are provided every few days, or, if you would prefer, we can aim to send a daily update. 

​

What if my pet becomes ill? 

​

- We regularly monitor pets for signs of illness and will contact you immediately if your pet is displaying signs of illness. If they require veterinary attention we will take them to their usual vet if local or our registered nearby vet.

What greens do you provide? 

​

- We provide a range of fresh greens which are sourced from a local organic farm. A daily variety includes pepper (for guinea pigs), leafy salad leaves such as kale, spring greens and romaine lettuce and herbs such as basil, mint and coriander. Small amounts of apple and carrot are also provided as a treat. Please let us know if there are any foods your pet can't eat.

What sort of hay do you use? 

​

- All guests receive a mix of good quality Meadow and Timothy hay. 

​

What is the booking process? 

​

- If you would like to book your pets in, please email us to check availability. We do get quite booked up during school holidays so please enquire early to avoid disappointment. If we have availability, you will be sent an overview of the cost which includes a 20% deposit and a link to the online booking form. Once we have received the completed booking form via email and the deposit, you will be emailed a booking confirmation.

Do you offer a drop-off/collection service? 

​

- Yes, for local areas we provide a drop off/collection service for an additional cost. 

​

What are your opening hours? 

​

- Drop-off/collection times are between 9am and 8pm. We aim to be as flexible as possible and offer 30 minute slots for drop-off/collection.
